Our Mission

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote the well-being of our service users and empowering them to take responsibility of their own care through supported self-management. To provide our clients with competent healthcare workers and related service solutions. Our staff will be offered a workplace where they can prosper and grow in a dignified, fun and rewarding manner. Our staff will be cheerful, courteous, well trained and focused on providing qualitative cover. We will be a good neighbour to the businesses in our area, and we will be a contributing and supportive member of our community.

Our Vision

Tender-Hearted Care’ vision is to become the best and preferred provider in the community we serve and work collaboratively as a team to deliver outstanding care.

  • Support and encourage our service users to:

  • develop confidence and independence

  • achieve personal goals and maintain their social/living skills

  • Deliver high quality care that is cost-effective and meet the expectations and requirements of our commissioners and service users.

  • Give choice and control to service users and their families.

 

                                                         OBJECTIVES

  • To develop care plans that are person-centred to each individual need.

  • To treat all our service users with compassion and put them first at the centre of what we do.     

  • To listen and engage with service users, respect their choices and respond to changing      requirements.

  • To recognise that each service user is an individual with the right to privacy, dignity, choice and respect.

  • To provide opportunities for families and other stakeholders to express their views and to influence how the service is run and developed.

  • To ensure that staff are highly skilled and trained so that our service users and their families have confidence in their skills and quality of care.

  • To continually monitor and audit the quality of the service.
