COVID 19 Statement

We are continuing to take robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our service users and employees is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID- 19).

We are closely monitoring the official guidance given by the Government and Public Health England on the steps we are undertaking. We remain vigilant in ensuring all of our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the ongoing situation.

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and across all our service users' houses at all times and in response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures with guidance from  local public health authorities and the Government to make our service safe:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Always wash your hands when you get home or into work

  • Use hand sanitizer gel if soap and water are not available

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin straight away, or sneeze into the bend of your elbow, then wash your hands.

  • Avoid close contact with persons who have respiratory illness symptoms.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

  • If you are unwell, stay at home and contact the 111 Corona-virus helpline.

  • If you are asked to self-isolate please follow the NHS Advice and Government Guidelines.
